Hetauda Hospital as a Teaching Hospital/Clinical Field Site for medical students:

Hetauda hospital is functioning as a teaching hospital/clinical field posting sites for medical students of MBBS, PCL general medicine, PCL nursing, PCL medical lab technology, PCL radiography and diploma in pharmacy. Hetauda hospital is providing a platform for production of well experienced and eligible health professionals for the betterment of health system of nation.

1. Patan Academy of Health Sciences: Every year, 20-25 final year students of MBBS from Patan Academy of Health Sciences (Lagankhel) stay here at Hetauda Hospital for the duration of 5 months as a part of their MBBS curriculum (Clinical posting site).

 

2. Institute of Medicine (IOM): Hetauda hospital is a study site of “Health system management field study” for MBBS students of IOM (Maharajgunj).

 

3. Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences: Hetauda hospital is a study site of “Health system management field study” for MBBS students of Nepalese Army Institute of Health sciences ,Sanobharyang (Kathmandu).

 

4. Nepal Institure of Medical Sciences and Technology (NIMST college): Hetauda hospital is a clinical field practical exposure site for students of , PCL general medicine, PCL nursing, PCL medical lab technology, PCL radiography and diploma in pharmacy of Nepal Institure of Medical Sciences and Technology (NIMST college), Gwarko, Lalitpur.

 

5. Makwanpur Technical Institute (MTI) : Hetauda hospital is a clinical field practical exposure site for students of Health Assistant, ANM, TSLC in MLT and CMA course of Makwanpur Technical Institute(MTI) , hetauda, Makwanpur.

 

6. Narayani Medical &Technology (Nursing College): Hetauda hospital is the teaching hospital site for PCL nursing students of Narayani Medical & Technology (Nursing College), Hetauda, makwanpur.
